The
Mission
ShyftWorks is a platform dedicated to showcasing real people in skilled trades and factory jobs.
Our mission is to break the outdated stigma around trade work by highlighting the success, lifestyle, and pride of those thriving in these careers. We’re here to prove that these jobs are not just real — they’re rewarding, respected, and worth celebrating.

The
Facts
1
73% of high school students say they’ve never been encouraged to consider a trade.
Despite the demand, trade careers are often left out of career conversations in schools.
2
More than half of Americans still believe trade jobs are “less prestigious” than white-collar jobs.
This outdated mindset is fueling a shortage in essential industries.
3
The U.S. will face a shortage of over 2 million skilled trade workers by 2030.
Because of stigma, the next generation is missing out on high-paying, high-demand careers.
The
Story

ShyftWorks exists to spotlight the real people powering the skilled trades.
Everyone talks about chasing dreams —
but no one talks about using a wrench to get there.
ShyftWorks started because we got tired of the same tired narrative:
Go to college, work in an office, and hope it all works out.
Meanwhile, we saw people in factories, garages, and job sites building real skills, making real money, and living real lives — with zero spotlight.
So we built one.
ShyftWorks is a raw, unapologetic look at the people who make the world run — welders, machinists, HVAC techs, electricians, fabricators — the ones getting it done.
This isn’t reality TV.
This is reality.
Real jobs. Real people. Real success.
No filters. No fluff. Just the stories schools and society forgot to tell you.
Welcome to ShyftWorks.
Watch what happens when you shift the way you think about work.
